RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original unworn condition as it was received with all packaging (including the shoe box and protective tissue) and we will refund the price paid for the product. This will include postage costs.

  • Merchandise for return must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. Returns made after this date will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the expense of the purchaser.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed in any way. If merchandise is damaged by these or any other means it will not be accepted for refund or store credit and will be sent back at the expense of the purchaser.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box. Returns will not be accepted on footwear without the original box.
  • Returns must include a copy of the original sales receipt.
  • Initial shipping charges will be included in your refund amount. Shipping and handling charges for returns will be borne by us when our partner courier is used.
    If you choose to ship the item on your own, you will pay the carrier at the time you ship your return.
HOW TO PROCESS RETURN WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE

1. Let us know of your disatisfaction with our product by contacting us or via email at returns@romika.co.ke

2. Prepare a shipping/address label with our address:

3. Place unworn merchandise back in original box/packaging with all tags and filler paper.

4. Make a copy of the original sales receipt and place back in original shipping box with merchandise.

5. Remove old shipping labels and use the shipping/adress label with our address on the outside of original shipping box.

6. A courier partner representative will come to pick the the shipping box from you within 24 hours

Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Josef Seibel Africa will credit your original method of payment within 3 working days. Payments via MPesa will appear immediately. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
